Hi, can you clarify the extra evening hours availability for Deluxe resort guests? Will this be available on December 25th & 26th and is it only one park or multiple? Thanks

    Hi Richard!

How jolly! A very merry Mickey Christmas is in your future! Walt Disney World during the holidays is so festive with zillions of shimmering lights, thousands of poinsettias, and hundreds of spectacularly decorated Christmas trees.

Starting in October, the Extended Evening Theme Park Hours are a benefit for guests staying at a Deluxe Walt Disney World Resort. Currently it is for two additional hours at one park. The dates have been released only through early November, so the December dates Extended Evening Hours will be offered are unknown. The calendar available now shows Monday extra hours in Epcot and Wednesday ones in the Magic Kingdom. You need to have a same day park reservation for the park offering a nighttime extension or a Park Hopper or Annual Pass.

Considering the popularity of the parks during the holidays, Disney could add additional days and parks for this asset during your visit or perhaps maintain the Monday Epcot/Wednesday Magic Kingdom schedule. Keep an eye on Extended Evening Theme Park Hours schedule (scroll to the bottom of the page) to see if new days and parks are added.

Enjoy your jolly holiday with Mickey!
