Hi Denise!
Visitors to Walt Disney World Resort get an extra dose of beauty in November and December as Disney's Theme Parks, Resort Hotels and even Disney Springs deck their halls and walls and Dinosaur-shaped food stalls for the season. While the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights ended it's 20-year run a few years ago, there is still so much to do and see at
Disney's Hollywood Studios. There are currently two projection shows during this time of year:
Sunset Seasons Greetings, which takes place multiple times per night, changes the spooky Hollywood Tower Hotel into the 'Hollywood Toy Hotel' where we see some of our Disney favorites plus more. (Make sure you stand further back on Hollywood Boulevard, around the Planet Hollywood store, so you can see clips on the accompanying LED screen.) The other new show is
Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! Here you'll follow two elves as they try to help Santa get out of a cranberry-red emergent situation. There are movie clips, lasers, and best of all Fireworks! This show is usually shown once every night, so definitely add it to your park plans.
Lastly, definitely stop by the brand new
Toy Story Land in Disney's Hollywood Studios, where you'll find some of the worlds largest Christmas lights that Andy actually used to illuminate his backyard wonderland.
I hope this helped in your planning, Denise, and We'll See You Real Soon!
~Kristen
