Greetings Frank!
Welcome to planDisney! Nothing like having a cruise on the
Disney Dream on the horizon. I’ll bet you are counting down the days! Kudos to you for asking this question. Having the proper travel documentation is vital; no Guest wants to have a snafu when it comes to being able to board the ship at embarkation!
Based on your travel dates, I am assuming you will be sailing on the Disney Dream since that will be the only Disney ship departing a U.S. port at that time. So that tells me that you will be sailing to
The Bahamas. After checking the
Passport and Travel Documentation page on Disney Cruise Line website, it indicates the travel documents required for your voyage. Currently, all Guests 16 and up will need to present an original or copy of their state-issued birth certificate AND a government-issued photo ID. Children 15 years of age or younger only need an original or copy of their state-issued birth certificate.
Travel documents? Check! Now you can focus on all the FUN stuff, like downloading the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app so you won’t miss out on any activity or entertainment option that sounds appealing. You can even mark them as favorites and the app will send you a reminder when your selections are about to start. Brilliant, right?
Cruise back to planDisney if you have any other questions. We'd love to help sprinkle pixie dust on your sailing.
