    Is Cinderella's Castle only lit up at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party? I am thinking of taking my girls on a last minute trip, but I don't think my 3 year old would make it that late...what time do they light the castle?

    Hi Mandy!

    One of my favorite things about visiting Disney World is December is seeing the castle draped in lights. There is a lighting ceremony every day. It usually starts somewhere between 5:45 and 6:00 pm. The ceremony starts with a little show on the castle stage which only lasts a few minutes. It's definitely worth seeing and the view of the castle dripping in lights is breathtaking.
