Hello. We have 8:05 Cinderella royal table reservations and the park doesn’t open until 9. We aren’t staying a a park resort. Can we still park and take the monorail over that early? I would assume so but just checking

Hi there, Jennifer! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

The official word on Walt Disney World Resort transportation is that it begins 45 minutes prior to theme park opening. With that said, a lot of people snag those extra early breakfast reservations that allow them to enter the park before opening. My family always tries to get the earliest breakfast reservations in the theme parks because our little ones are going to be up that early, anyway! Dining with characters is a great way to start your day and we have never had any trouble getting transportation to these meals.

Since you will be parking at the Transportation and Ticket Center, you will have a few options, so if for any reason the Express Monorail that travels directly to Magic Kingdom Park isn't open, you can also travel by the Resort Monorail (with stops at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in between) or by ferryboat. Signs will be up once you arrive at the Transportation and Ticket Center that will let you know what is currently operating. As always, friendly Cast Members will also be around if you need some direction.

Enjoy your meal at Cinderella's Royal Table and feel free to visit us again with any other questions you may have! Happy planning!
