With Cinderella not at the CRT why is it so popular? I am trying to plan for this year. 2 yrs ago we could not get in and felt bad for our daughter. We did this time, but did not realize she was not there. What is the popularity for dinner there?

    Hi Christy,

I'm with you one this one; I've never understood why Cinderella's Royal Table is so wildly popular - especially at dinner. I think the novelty of dining in the Castle at the center of the Magic Kingdom is part of the restaurant's appeal.  The food is okay, but definitely not the best that Disney has to offer, and at dinner, the characters are limited to the Fairy Godmother.

Keep in mind that Cinderella and other princesses are present during both breakfast AND lunch at Cinderella's Royal Table.

If you're looking to dine with Cinderella at dinner, you'll want to head over to the Grand Floridian.  Cinderella's Happily Ever After Dinner at 1900 Park Fare features Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine and the Step Sisters.  I think you'll also find the food is better and the atmosphere a little more relaxed.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!
