    Does Cinderella make a grand entrance (down the staircase) at the Grand Floridan every day? If so, what time?

    Hi Elizabeth,

    Thanks for stopping by with your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Will you be visiting the Resort soon? So many new experiences are coming and the Resort will really Awaken this summer across all four Theme Parks.

    A new experience recently debuted at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. In Princess Promenade, Cinderella and Prince Charming stroll down the grand staircase and then waltz in the main lobby. They invite children aged 3 to 12 to join them too. Currently it is scheduled daily, starting at 3:30 p.m., however, you should check with the concierge desk as the royal couple may be attending a ball, preventing them from joining you.
