It sounds like you've got quite a festive evening planned by pairing
Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Party with
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. You're in for a treat, both literally and figuratively. You'll enjoy themed holiday desserts, a few savory items and alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. While I haven't done the holiday version of this party, I have done the regular version with
Happily Ever After fireworks and the one at
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. It's a really nice way to relax in the middle of what can be a hectic party and have a little treat yourself moment with great fireworks views.
You will be able to see parts of
Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, but probably not more than the tops of the floats from a distance.
Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant is prime for fireworks viewing, but not for parade viewing, unfortunately.
The good news is that once you've checked in for the dessert party, the table assigned to you is yours for the duration of the event, and you can come and go as you please. Just make sure you keep your credential (likely a wristband) on that they'll give you when you check in for the dessert party. When I went to the Halloween party, I had a few desserts and then stepped out to Main Street, U.S.A. to find a spot for the parade. I wasn't able to get front row viewing by waiting until close to parade time, but I was able to find a decent spot. Of course, you could always keep your seat and see if the parade view is sufficient for you and then opt for the 2nd parade after fireworks.
