Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks serve as the centerpieces of
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party which is held at Magic Kingdom Park on select nights from November 9 to December 22, 2023. Guests must have a separate ticket to attend this special event. The event is closed to “day Guests.” But then something extra magical traditionally happens around December 23! Mickey and Minnie’s “gift” to Guests visiting Magic Kingdom Park (with a regular theme park ticket) from December 23 through late December usually get to enjoy the Christmas parade and fireworks!
Rachel, while these special events typically take place during normal operating hours beginning on December 23, no plans have been announced…yet! You should continue to check the Walt Disney World Resort website for details about
Magic Kingdom Park parades and fireworks. But if the past serves as a guide, I expect to see Santa, and Santa Goofy too, making their way down Main Street, U.S.A. during the Christmas parade beginning on December 23.
