Merry Christmas Tiffany! It’s never too soon to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year! Mickey and Minnie always find a way to make the holidays extra magical at the Walt Disney World Resort!
The hotels in the Disney Resorts Collection are always beautifully decorated for the holidays! I am always amazed by the lengths that the resort hotels go to give Guests a magical holiday visit! The Disney Parks also get into the holiday spirit with holiday decorations, music, and themes! Traditionally, EPCOT holds a beautiful Candlelight Processional that shares the story of Christmas through a celebrity narrator and, of course, the music of Christmas.
Disney Springs is another favorite place to visit (and shop...and eat) during the holidays. One of our family’s favorite holiday traditions is to visit the Christmas Tree Trail at Disney Springs! The trees are always decorated in Disney themes such as movies, parks, and attractions! Keep checking the Walt Disney World Resort website, as well as the Disney Parks Blog for updates on the special events being planned for the holiday season at the Walt Disney World Resort!
Perhaps the biggest holiday event of all will be held at Magic Kingdom Park! Here, Mickey and Minnie will host the
Disney Very Merriest After Hours event! The special ticketed holiday event will be held on select nights in November and December! The park will have limited attendance which means low crowds and low wait times for attractions. There will even be complimentary treats available throughout the park. Oh, and there will be a holiday fireworks show and parade as well! Not a bad way to get into the holiday spirit at the Most Magical Place on Earth! Tickets for the Disney Very Merriest After Hours event can be purchased on the Walt Disney World Resort website!
