Ohana on Christmas Day. The restaurant is truly magical and being able to look out and see Cinderella Castle adds that extra holiday pixie dust.
I’m so sorry to hear that someone in your party is no longer able to join you, but let’s jump right into how to handle that.
Restaurants with advance dining reservations don’t allow modifications within two hours of your reservation time, and most do charge a $10 per-person fee for cancellations within that window or for no-shows. The good news is that you still have time to make changes!
To modify your reservation, open the
My Disney Experience app and tap the three lines at the bottom. From there, select My Plans, then scroll to December 25th and find your ‘Ohana reservation. Select it, choose Get Details, and you should be able to adjust your party size right there.
If, for any reason, the app doesn’t allow the change, don’t worry. When you arrive at the host stand, just let the friendly Cast Member know that your party is down one person and explain the situation. In my experience, Cast Members are usually very accommodating when it comes to removing just one seat; adding one can be a bit trickier, but reducing the party size is often no problem at all.
