Welcome back to Disney Parks Moms Panel, Bryan! Christmas day meals are offered at 7 locations this year, including Cape May Cafe, Captain's Grille, Chef Mickey's, Trail's End Restaurant, The Wave of American Flavors and Whispering Canyon Cafe. I love how each chef creates a unique holiday menu; you'll find soon-to-be favorites that are not the same as dishes available at other locations. I called Walt Disney World Dining (407-WDW-DINE) to hear about items you can enjoy at The Wave of American Flavors during Christmas dinner, which will be a buffet. A sample of options include the following delicious dishes: *Carving station: New York Strip w/horseradish cream; spiral cut ham w/sweet plum sauce *Pasta station: pumpkin ravioli; gnocchi; penne; garnishes such as caramelized onions, chicken, shrimp and sausage; choice of sauces including bolognese, fennel tomato and alfredo *Additional entrees: crab cakes; herbed pork w/fingerling potatoes; braised leg of lamb w/preserved lemon couscous *Additional sides: cornbread stuffing; garlic mashed potatoes; roasted root vegetables *Cold buffet: fresh blueberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew and watermelon; cranberry sauce; Caesar salad; broccoli salad; cold cuts; cheese platter; assorted breads *Desserts: cheesecake, brownies, cherry mousse terrine; vanilla chocolate cupcakes; Christmas chocolate chip cookies and assorted cookies *Many non-alcoholic beverages YUM! Guests ages 10 and up enjoy all of this for $42.60 per person; kids ages 3-9 dine for $23.43. Both prices include tax, but not gratuity. Enjoy your holiday, Bryan! At Walt Disney World, it's sure to be magical! Andrea H
