    We will be there Christmas Day 2014, when do you have the Christmas Parade that is always aired on Christmas Day?? We have watched it every year and would love to see it live!

    Hello Kimberly!  I am also so excited to be at Walt Disney World Christmas Day.  It's a very busy day but so worth it.  We went last year as well and had the best time. 

    Despite what you think, the Christmas Day parade taping actually takes place the first weekend in December.  I believe this years dates are December 6-9th.  The parade taping takes a very long time and there are a lot of starts and stops during the parade to get camera angles just right.  

    I know it may be a disappointment not to see the parade live, but there are so many fun things that happen Christmas Day at the parks.  Last year, my husband did the wobble with Mrs. Incredible and let me tell you... it was Incredible-ly awesome.  I hope you enjoy your holiday vacation.  If I can help you with anything else, please feel free to come back and ask!

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
