Hi Chris! Visiting 8/25-8/30 w/ H, D4, D8 & my Sis. D's 5th Bday is 8/27 & will be @ Epcot. Also celeb. my sister's Aug bday. ADR @ Akershus. Can you recommend anything to make day even more special? Can Crush wish them a Happy Birthday? Thank

    Hi Connie!
I don't know of anywhere else on Earth where I would rather celebrate a birthday...and you're celebrating TWO!! That, in and of itself, is a fantastic way to spend a birthday!! :)
I think the ADR at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall will certainly add a "royal" touch to the day. Also, make sure that both your daughter and sister get their "Happy Birthday" and/or "I'm Celebrating" buttons at Guest Services to wear. They will get a kick out of hearing everyone wish them a Happy Birthday throughout the day.
One "must do" on all of our visits to EPCOT, birthday or no birthday, is to visit Karamel Kuche in the Germany pavillion for some spectacular treats...assuming your daughter and sister like caramel and/or other sweets. You could also look into the possibility of an Illuminations cruise which would put you all right on the water during this evening spectacular to end the day.
As for Turtle Talk with Crush, you may want to ask the Cast Members at the entrance about your wish. Even though the show is live imrpovisation, I am unsure if  they take requests, but be assured they will absolutely do it if they are able.
I hope this helps and I wish you all a Magical vacation, along with 2 very Happy Birthdays!! :)
    Chris
