Hi there, William! Thanks for coming back to planDisney with your question. I'm glad to see you starting the New Year off by working on your 2022 trip plans; it already sounds like it will be 'Practically Perfect in Every Way!'
You were wise to make your
Park Pass Reservations well in advance. And your instincts are correct; as long as you can see your reservations in your
My Disney Experience account, they will already be loaded onto your
MagicBands (just like your dining and Walt Disney World Resort Hotel reservations). So, if you want to go to the Parks sans cell phone, you'll be A-OK! It's fun to be in the Disney Bubble and not be worried about checking our devices all the time.
However, if you plan to use
Disney Genie and/or Disney Genie+ service, at least one member of your party should plan to bring their cell phone. It sounds like you are an experienced Park goer, so you might even want to purchase an
Individual Lightning Lane for your favorite select attractions. We did this for
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure last week, and it saved us a good deal of time. Also, my 19-year-old forgot his MagicBand, so a Cast Member helped him utilize the
Disney MagicMobile service on his phone. It's a convenient way to access MagicBand features from your mobile device, and it's excellent for teens who are never without them!
So, if you're like my husband, William, you'll be set to go with your just your MagicBand, but it's always nice to have one party planner with a mobile phone just in case!
As Mary says, I hope you have a Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious time! If you have any more questions in the meantime, William, please stop by again!
