If I chose to receive my tickets by email, can I change it to regular mail and get cards so I don’t have to bring credit card to parks?

    Hi Barbara!

This is a great question! If you purchased your theme park tickets online they are automatically will-call ticket orders. However, if you would like to get your tickets mailed to you, I recommend you call a Ticketing Guest Services Cast Member at 407-566-4985.  Changing your tickets will be up to the Cast Member's discretion as policy states once purchased they are non-transferable and non-refundable. I'm sending happy thoughts and lots of pixie-dust your way in hopes you can get the tickets changed.

As I'm sure you know, there is so much happening at Walt Disney World Resort! Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge opened on August 29, 2019, Epcot Forever debuted on October 1, 2019 and there are breathtaking views from the Disney Skyliner! Oh my goodness! I'm so excited for you!!! You are visiting Walt Disney World Resort at an amazing time! Enjoy!

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Please let me know if you need any other information as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
