Chose will call on accident for tickets I bought as a gift and wanted to change it to get sent to an email

    Hiya Thomas,

Welcome to planDisney! How exciting that you will be arriving so soon for your vacation. I must admit I’m a little jealous; I’m already counting down the days until my next visit!

Unfortunately, it cannot be changed to a different one once you select a delivery method for your Theme Park tickets (i.e., email, will call, or mail). Depending on your arrival time versus when you plan to visit the Theme Parks, I recommend stopping at Guest Services at Disney Springs to pick up your Theme Park tickets. The lines at the ticket counters can get quite long at the Theme Parks (depending on when you go), so I always like to save myself time in the morning by having my tickets ready to go before my day begins. Stopping by Disney Springs also allows me to stop by Gideon’s Bakehouse to secure one of their yummy, almost half-pound cookies. If you cannot stop at Disney Springs, I’ve found that if you wait till the Theme Parks have been open for about 45 minutes or so, the lines are generally more manageable than right after the parks open.

I hope this was helpful, Thomas. I hope you have the most magical vacation!

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.

Meet the Panelist: Ashley, Texas

Hey Y'all! I’m Ashley and I live in Texas. My family and I love trying out the yummy snacks (DOLE Whip anyone!) and taking full advantage of our resort days. When we are not piloting the Millennium Falcon, exploring Kilimanjaro Safaris, or watching fireworks, you can find me planning our next adventure to Walt Disney World! I am so excited that you are planning a trip, and I look forward to helping you dig a little deeper and find the magic in all of the wonders of Walt Disney World Resort. Learn More About Ashley
