Is there a way to choose which ticket will be used first when there are two types of tickets linked to an account? I have a complimentary 1 day park hopper (no expiration) and a basic 2 day ticket (11/11-11/14). I’m wanting to use the hopper ticket last.

    Hi Amber!
Thanks so much for stopping by and visiting with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Those park tickets can be a bit tricky understand, but we're here to help.

Prioritizing theme park ticket use is possible. When I have multiple tickets linked to my My Disney Experience account, I call 407-566-4985 and inform the Cast Member of which tickets me and my family plan to use first. So once you arrive at the first theme park, it will know to use either the two-day ticket or your complimentary park hopper ticket. You can also ask the Cast Member at the entrance which ticket was used first, and they can confirm that information for you. If the incorrect ticket was used, someone nearby and correct the mistake right at the entrance gate! How magical is that?!
Also, Amber, if you forget to call before your Disney trip, you can stop by the front desk of your Disney resort or at Guest Relations at the entrance of any theme park and have a Cast Member prioritize your theme park tickets.

Have the most magical time at Walt Disney World, Amber. If you need any additional help, please feel free to visit with us again soon.

    Happy planning,
    Korliss
