If we choose to purchase a dining plan do we have to purchase it for every night we will be staying? We plan to travel outside of Disney a couple of days of our trip.

    Hello Kathleen!
Wow, it is so exciting that you are considering a Disney Dining Plan for your next Walt Disney World vacation! My son and I love the Disney Dining Plan! The way the Disney Dining Plans work is that they are based on the amount of nights that you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort and every person in your room has to have the same Disney Dining Plan. Also you have to purchase a Disney Dining Plan for every night that you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort (you can not purchase it for just some nights of your stay and not others). It really is up to you how and when you use your Disney Dining Plan Credits during your Walt Disney World vacation (you are not restricted to one table service and one counter service Disney Dining Plan Credit in a day-you can use 3 table service credits in one day if you want to for example). So your can use up your Disney Dining Plan Credits on the days that you are in Walt Disney World and not on the days that you plan to be off property. Just remember to use up your Disney Dining Plan Credits before midnight on the the day you check out of your Walt Disney World Resort. I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
