Hi! If you had to choose one restaurant for dinner - between Cinderella's Royal Table, and Be Our Guest - which would you choose for (a) the best food; and (b) the overall best experience?, and why? Thank you!

    Hi Susan,

I love Be Our Guest! The entire building is gorgeous, the food is quite good, and you truly feel as though you are dining inside Beast's castle.  Having said that, if you have never dined at Cinderella's Royal Table, then that would be my first option for dinner for a couple of reasons.  The food at both restaurants is quite good.  It's not signature restaurant good, by any means. (If you're looking for a delicious dining experience try Jiko, California Grill or Citricos.)  However, at Cinderella's Royal table you get character interaction.  Cinderella greets you before you are seated, and several other Disney princesses stop by your table during your meal.  It's a fun experience if you want to meet the characters.

Another reason that I would choose Cinderella's Royal Table before Be Our Guest is that you can experience Be Our Guest at lunch time, without reservation.  True, it is a "counter service" restaurant at this time, and the lines are long, but it's anything but fast food.  You order your meal, and it is brought out to you on real plates.  The food for lunch is some of the best in the Magic Kingdom.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
