If I choose not to purchase the memory maker can I still buy single pictures? And if so, how much do they usually cost?

    Hello Linda-Marie!

First things first- yes, you can have your pictures taken by a PhotoPass Photographer to view and possibly purchase later.  Currently prints are $18.95 for a set of two 4 x 6 or one 5 x 7 print or $20.95 for one 8 x 10 print. Do keep in mind that prices do not include tax or shipping and are always subject to change.

However, my family always buys the Memory Maker, and I have never regretted that decision.

When you have Memory Maker, you will tend to have your photo taken by Disney's PhotoPass Photographers whenever it is convenient. This will result in you having access to many images when your trip is over. It also allows you to do some silly poses and different configurations of family members that you might not do if you felt constrained by the number of photos you could get later. One trip, our middle daughter who was 18 at the time, made it a goal to have her picture taken by herself near a trash can whenever she was out of eye shot of the rest of the family. Imagine our surprise when we logged in to view our trip photos and found this hilarious array of trash can shots!  Also, one of my favorite Disney photos ever was taken initially as a joke. We gathered in front of the Magic Kingdom on our way out on our final day. We all posed in the most dramatic and sad way possible. It made for an unforgettable and hilarious photo. The photo is so awesome that one of our daughters made it into her Visa debit card!

I hope that you will consider adding Memory Maker to your vacation plans. You will cherish the memories you capture through photos.

    See ya real soon,
    Anne
