If you had to choose 1 mod hotel for your stay, which 1 would it be? Also, what factors would help you in making that selection? (swimming pool, food, transportation) Our families have children 10, 7, and 5. LOVE THE PANEL!!!

    Hi Allison,

With 3 children, your choices may be made for you unless you'd like to reserve 2 rooms.  The only resort that allows 3 children is Port Orleans Riverside, which has become our "home" resort since we, too, have 3 children.  We do really love the resort with its rustic charm and lush vegetation with the little ponds scattered throughout the building paths (parties of 5 have to stay in the Alligator Bayou section ). The pool is nicely themed with a nearby playground, and we can rent bicycles and some small boats and even go fishing.  Our favorite buildings are 14, 18, and 15; we've even relocated mid-vacation to be in those buildings!

A few other features we like about this resort is that not only are buses (average travel time to the 4 parks is 10-15 minutes) available to the parks, but also this resort offers the chance to take a lovely boat ride down the Sassagoula River to Downtown Disney.  The resort also has both a table-service restaurant and a counter-service "food court."  The River Roost is a lively bar with fun piano entertainment in the evenings; a fun place to unwind after touring all day!
