If you choose the Epcot Forever as a Fast Pass where do you go? What exactly a Fast Pass for this since you can see it from everywhere?

    That is a great question!

When you select a FastPass+ for Epcot Forever, your viewing area is located in the plaza that is located directly across the World Showcase Lagoon from the American Pavilion, close to the Future World side of EPCOT. You will find it between the two gift shops that are on either side of that area. This is a great place to view the evening show.

You are right, the show can be viewed from all the way around the World Showcase area of EPCOT. But the lagoon's edge is lined with restaurants, functional areas, and some private party areas. As such, ideal waterside viewing areas can get taken up fairly quickly. Using a FastPass+ for this show gives you a better chance of seeing the bulk of the show's effects without having to stake out a good spot an hour or more ahead of time.

A lot of guests elect not to use FastPass+ selections for evening shows, since that keeps them from being able to select a fourth or fifth FastPass+ during the day after using up their first three. I get it. But my family is fortunate that we have been able to visit Walt Disney World several times. Since we have been on most every ride already, using one for the amazing nighttime pyrotechnic shows is a good use of a FastPass+.

I hope this helps, and that you enjoy the show!
