If you had to choose a better park to go to on a rainy day, which would you choose? (2 small children)

    Hello Daphne!

One thing I have learned in my Walt Disney World travels in the last four years is don't let rain scare you away from the Parks!  Some of the most amazing times in the Parks for my son and I have been when it is raining.  We have walked on rides with little or no lines and been able to experience more in a rainy morning than we normally did in a full day in the Magic Kingdom!  Unless it is a torrential downpour, a good rain poncho and an umbrella will ward off most raindrops.  I always carry both of these in my backpack for my son and I when we go to the Parks.

The two Parks that I would recommend on a rainy day are Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom because they are smaller Parks with lots of indoor rides and many covered spaces.  The Parks to avoid in the rain are Epcot and Animal Kingdom because they are larger Parks with big open uncovered areas and the space in between rides or attractions is quite a distance.

I hope that you and your family are signing in the rain on your next trip to Walt Disney World!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
