    If I choose to have Bell Service deliver my Amazon packages do I have to be present in the room?

    Hi Gloria! 

    Having items delivered to our resort is a convenient option, especially if you do not want to venture outside of Walt Disney World Resort, don’t have access to a vehicle, or don’t want to waste the time you could be using to enjoy the theme parks. 

    You can have items delivered, and you do not have to be present when Bell Services deliver the packages to your room. Please note that there is a per package handling fee associated with this service. When you submit the order to your online retailer, be sure to include the mailing address of your Disney Resort Hotel and ensure that the word “GUEST” and your arrival date is included as well.
