What would be your #1 choice for quick-service lunch? I'm looking for an arrival day lunch. Staying at Coronado Springs; checking-in, having lunch, back to room for baby's nap, then Epcot. We don't want to have too much travel time involved.

    Hi Marisa,

I would suggest that you eat at one of my favorite Quick Service restaurants and as luck would have it, it is located right where you will be staying (at the Coronado Springs Resort). The name of this restaurant is Pepper Market which is in the theme of an open-air market (very cute) and the selections of food you have are so wide/varied that it would be easy to find something that I am sure each of you would enjoy.  The portions are quite large, so you may even ask for whatever you can't eat to be put in a take-out container and "voila", you have leftovers for later on!  I am happy to hear that you are thinking of naps during the day, in my opinion, this is such an important part to vacationing in WDW so nobody gets "burnt out".  Have a magical vacation!

    Best wishes,
