My child’s ticket is linked to an adult in the APP, how can I change it ?

    Greetings Kaylon!

I hope that you are starting to get excited for your upcoming visit! The My Disney Experience Mobile App is the best way to help guests just like you navigate and plan your Walt Disney World vacation. Here you can book dining reservations, look at wait times for attractions, make your FastPass+ selections, and even look at park hours and today’s showtimes.

If your ticket hasn’t yet been used, you can reassign this ticket to the correct guest. In the My Disney Experience App, locate the “Tickets and Passes” section. Once there choose the ticket that you wish to reassign and select the “Reassign Ticket” option. You will then choose your child’s profile to reassign that ticket. You can reassign your ticket until the first usage. Once the ticket is used, you can not reassign the ticket.

To make the most out of your Walt Disney World vacation, don’t forget to make your FastPass+ selections in advance of your arrival. Disney FastPass+ service allows you to reserve access to select attractions, Character Greetings, and even some entertainment, such as Finding Nemo The Musical located in DinoLand U.S.A. at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park. If you will be staying at the Walt Disney World Resort, you can make your FastPass+ selections up to 60 days prior to your check-in for the length of your stay. If you are staying outside of Walt Disney World, you can make your FastPass+ selections beginning at 7:00am Eastern Time beginning 30 days prior to your visit. You can make up to 3 FastPass+ selections in advance per day at a single theme park.

Wishing you and your family many magical moments!
