We would like to use the Children's Activity Center for our boys (5 and 6), one of which is special needs, during our stay. He doesn't have any behavior or sensory challenges but is minimally verbal. Is the CAC a good fit for him? He's potty trained. TIA

    Hi Tonya!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I'm more than happy to help!

The Children's Activity Centers at Walt Disney World Resort are a great way for parents to enjoy a night out by themselves while the children dine in, play games, make crafts, and watch movies. My children have always enjoyed spending time at the activity centers and will even ask to go back! In my experience, the play time is less structured and children are free to move from one activity to another as they choose. When you arrive, you can spend a few minutes showing your boys around and make sure that they feel comfortable before you leave. You'll also be asked to give the Cast Members your cell phone number so that they can reach you if needed. So, I feel like your son will be perfectly fine there, especially since he will have his brother with him.

I hope this helps and if you have any other questions, just stop back by. Have a great time on your upcoming vacation and enjoy your night out!

    Happy planning!
