Do children under 2 years old need a ticket for mickey not so scary Halloween?

Boo to you, Brieann! Thanks for bringing your question to us here at planDisney! How exciting that you are planning a Halloween arrival at the Most Magical Place on Earth! Main Street, U.S.A. looks super festive covered in its fall decor, Mickey-shaped pumpkins, and not-so-scary Halloween details each year; I know you're going to have a spooktacular visit!

You'll be one happy haunt to know that Guests under the age of 3 are considered "Guests of Mickey" and do not require a ticket for entry to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! And while they don't require a ticket, they are sure to have grave amounts of fun visiting with characters dressed in unique Halloween costumes, trick or treating throughout Magic Kingdom Park, and watching all of the magic in the skies as Mickey's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular lights the night! And don't miss Mickey's Boo-to-You Halloween Parade; the sights, sounds, and smells of Halloween will surround you, along with the magic of your favorite characters!

Since you will be traveling with a younger mouseketeer, I'd love to share that the parade traditionally runs twice each party night; so if your two-year-old might not make it to the end of the party, I'd consider trying to catch the earlier parade so they don't miss the fun! Also, while the party usually starts at 7 PM, your party ticket allows entry as early as 4 PM, so you can take advantage of a few extra hours of magic in the park before the party kicks off! This is a great time to get some photos in costume, enjoy a pre-party meal, or ride some of your favorite attractions!

Brieann, at this time, tickets have not yet gone on sale for the 2024 Halloween party, but be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for announcements about dates, pricing, and availability of tickets. Looking at past release dates, it's likely more information will materialize in the spring.

I hope this has been helpful as you plan for your upcoming visit! We would love to see you again if you have any other vacation planning questions, so feel free to drop back in if we can help - there's always room for one more question here!

    Hurry Back,
    Alison
