Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Debbie.
Children under 14 years of age are able to wear costumes anytime. I especially love seeing little Princesses prancing around in sparkly dresses after being transformed by Fairy Godmothers-in-Training at
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.
There are some guidelines for costumes that must be followed, according to
Disneyland Resort Park Rules. For example, if a mask is worn, it must "provide unobstructed peripheral vision at all times with openings that allow eyes to be fully seen." For safety, capes and gowns should not drag on the ground. Other than that, feel free to have your children get into the spirit of
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort, even if
Mickey's Halloween Party isn't happening that night.
Please visit us on the Panel again if you have more questions or would like more tips and advice for your upcoming trip to the Happiest Place on Earth, Debbie.
Have a magical day,
Kiki
