Can children under three attend for free if they share a meal with an adult for dining experiences? Its our 1st visit and we may not be able to make another trip for a few years from now. We want to take our 20 month old to some of these meals.

    Hi Adrienne,

I totally understand wanting to make the most of your vacation. We started bringing our children to Walt Disney World when they were only five and six months old. They both visited at least twice before they turned three as well, so we have lots of experience with little ones and meals! We wanted to take full advantage of everything Walt Disney World had to offer, regardless of the children's ages.

Children under the age of three will not be charged for meals, including "per person" character meals and buffets. Your toddler will be able to share from your plates for no charge. You may be charged at à la carte locations if you choose to order a specific meal for your child, but some dining locations will offer a complimentary toddler meal like plain pasta or a side of steamed veggies.

Just be sure to include your toddler when making your Advanced Dining Reservations. Every member of your party must be accounted for in your party size, even the littlest of guests.

I hope you'll stop by and see us again soon, Adrienne.

    Have a magical day,
    Ashley
