Hi Linda,
Kids of all ages love Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party - its spooktacular fun for everyone!
You know your kids better than anyone but I think that if they spend all day in a park it may be difficult for them to last through MNSSHP without being completely worn out and we all know what happens when they get worn out. Here are a couple of suggestions.
* Go to a park in the morning and then head back to your resort for a break and long nap so that your kids are refreshed and ready for MNSSHP.
* Skip a park all together that day and only go to MNSSHP. There are so many activities to do at the WDW Resort that you can do something low key during the day.
Tickets for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party aren't cheap. However , it is an awesome one-of-a-kind event and I think it is well worth the money. My kids can be night owls and on the days we have attended, we made sure they were well rested and while they didn't make it quite till midnight, I feel like were there long enough to get our money's worth and see and do everything we wanted to do.
Perhaps the candy they got from Trick-or-Treating in the Magic Kingdom helped fuel their energy .
