    do children 3 and under pay for park tickets and meals

    Hey There, Nancy!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your excellent question about traveling to Walt Disney World Resort with little ones.

    Nancy, children UNDER the age of 3 do not need Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets in order to enter the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. They also do not pay to dine in buffet/family-style Walt Disney World Resort restaurants. The only time a child under the age of 3 pays to dine, is when an adult decides to order a plate specifically for them.

    Children ages 3-9 require theme park tickets in order to enter the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. Additionally, they must pay to eat at Walt Disney World Resort restaurants. You will normally find discounted rates for children ages 3-9.

    Did you know? Any height rides and attractions are suitable for children of all heights and ages! There are currently 120+ any height rides and attractions at the Walt Disney World Resort theme and water parks.
