Hi Richard!
Great News! Children under the age of 3 do not pay for the buffet. They can definitely share a plate with mom and dad or even get their own little plate! My favorite buffet when my boys were both toddlers, was the Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom. They feature Winnie the Pooh and friends and the food is delicious! Be sure to check it Sine you are traveling with small kiddies, I recommend that you check out this awesome page: Planning for Pre-School and Little Ones. It is a wonderful resource on planning the perfect vacation for your little one.
Did you know?: Located in all four theme parks, is a special place for little ones called the Baby Care Center. Here you can find an on-site shop which sells baby food, formula, juice, diapers and even some popular over the counter children's medications. It is also a great place to bring the little ones for nursing, bottle warming and diaper changing.
It has been a pleasure assisting you! Please feel free to send in any other questions you may have.
Thanks for sending you questions to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Happy Planning!
