Do children under 3 need to be included in dining reservations? (for example, I'm planning to eat at Lamplight lounge. My husband 2 year old and I want to eat there. Do I put 2 down on the reservation or 3?)

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Kjersti!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are so excited to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! Our goal is to help you plan the most MAGICAL trip ever!

I have to start off by saying that the BEST way to experience the MAGIC and wonder of the Disneyland Resort is through the eyes and heart of a child! While I know everyone has a different opinion as to how old a child should be to truly enjoy the Disneyland Resort, I always think the younger the BETTER!

What a great question! When you are making Disneyland Dining Reservations, Mickey Mouse would like for you to make reservations for your entire party. That means you will be making a reservation for three people for Lamplight Lounge. This just ensures that the restaurant knows how many people will be in the dining room during that specific timeframe.

I hope this information helps you in your planning! If you have other questions or need anything from us, please do not hesitate to ask! We are just a question away!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
