My children and grandkids are visiting from Canada. We are planning to take them to Disneyland on Feb 4. What tier should J buy?

    Hi there, Rhonda,

What a magical day you are planning for your family! The Happiest Place on Earth is the perfect setting for some unforgettable memories.

The first stop in the magic is buying those theme park tickets. When you purchase tickets on the Disneyland Website, you will be asked to select the day of your visit. The price reflected will automatically select the appropriate tier for you. Taking a quick glance through myself, it currently looks like February 4th, 2025 is a Tier 0 ticket. Note that if life throws a pumpkin in your path and you aren't able to make it on that specific day, you are able to change your tickets. If your newly selected date falls in a higher tier, you would just need to pay the difference.

I think I might have some extra pixie-dusted news for you! There is currently a Kids' Special Ticket Offer that runs through March 20th, 2025 where kids between 3 and 9 can visit for as low as $50 USD per day for a 1-day, 1-park ticket. You will see this option on the website in the ticket purchase flow. As with regular theme park tickets you are able to add on the Park Hopper option as well as Lightning Lane Multi Pass if your family is looking to maximize the magic. This offer is so good I'm trying to find a way to get my family from chilly Philadelphia out to Southern California before it expires!

Rhonda, you are sure to fill those days with memorable moments to last a lifetime. When we've taken multi-generational trips, it's always one of my priorities to make sure we get a few good family photos. Of course, a classic shot in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle is a must, but there are Disney PhotoPass photographers sprinkled throughout the parks ready and waiting to capture those moments for you! If you've added the Lightning Lane Multi Pass to your tickets, you will actually have unlimited access to download all the photos taken by these photographers that day! Yes, all of them! There is no better keepsake than to be able to relive these moments for years to come.

I'm wishing you magic in your planning, Rhonda! If you have any more questions, you know where to find us here at planDisney
