I have 3 children 6, 4, & 1 when we go to DW this Sept.21-29. We are staying in the garden view in the Polynesian. Is this an ok set up with children or is it worth the money to upgrade to a suite in that hotel? Does the suite have a door btwn rooms?

The large, spacious rooms are one of my favorite attributes of Disney's Polynesian Resort. Other wonderful benefits to this resort are breakfast at the Kona Cafe, the awesome water slide, and watching fireworks on the beach.

The standard rooms at this resort have two queen beds, a day bed and plenty of room left over for a portable crib for you one year old.  You should be quite happy with all five of you in one room. When our youngest was a baby our family of six stayed in a standard room here quite comfortably. The one bedroom suites at the Polynesian do offer a separate bedroom with a door. The living area has a daybed and the bedroom has two queen beds.
