    Both of my children are epileptic and fatigue brings on seizures. I heard there is a pass we can use to either wait somewhere cool or wait less time on line. Where would I get it?

    Hi Danielle! Yes, Indeed Disney is aware that some of the guests might need special help when visiting the parks.  At each park you will find a Guest Relations location. Please head to that the first thing you do and discuss your needs with the cast members.  They will provide you with a Guest Assistance Card. This will help you enjoy the attractions by using either different lines or doors then the regular guests. They will explain it and ask them to go over all the attractions you wish to visit so you know what difficulties you might have.  It is best to know before you build up an attraction to your children if it will be feasible and realistic.  You will have a great vacation and enjoy this special time with the children!
