Hi Lisa!
So happy to have you here at planDisney! I can SEA why you are looking forward to your
Disney Magic at Sea voyage. These amazing staycation cruises are exclusively for residents of the United Kingdom. I’ll bet you can expect many surprises and lots of MAGIC onboard.
The good news is that you have already done most of the steps required to obtain the negative COVID test results; all that is left is to upload the results to
Project Screen by Prenetics. If you haven’t already, be sure to create your account using the specially designed Disney Cruise Line portal for Project Screen by Prenetics. If you have an existing account with Prenetics, please contact customer service at 0808-501-5089 or care@projectscreen.co.uk to connect Disney Cruise Line with your account.
On their website, under Step 4-“Upload Your PCR Test Result” you will need your Prenetics account login details and the PCR results documents for your children. There’s a button here that says “Start Upload” which will then prompt you to enter your reservation number and last name. From there, it will instruct you on how to upload your documentation.
Since you are within the 5 day period before you set sail, you can go ahead and upload their negative COVID test results, but you absolutely need to get this done no later than 48 hours prior to sailing. And since you are setting sail on August 9th, that needs to happen by August 7th at the latest. If you run into any challenges with uploading, I recommend that you contact Project Screen by Prenetics at 0808-501-5089. They are likely in the best position to help you get that resolved in a timely way to ensure you are able to board your cruise without a hitch.
In case you need the link for all this information, Disney Cruise Line has it outlined on the
Before Leaving Home: Know Before You Go page.
Well, as much as I love hanging out here chatting with you about Disney Cruise Line, you need to get going...you’ve got a cruise to catch! Lisa, wishing you the most MAGICal experience on your adventure at sea!
Happy Sailing!
Sherry
