    My children have different surnames to me and I am travelling alone with them next summer. I can’t seem to link them to my profile on my Disney experience to move forward to the next page where I can make payments for our holiday etc. can you help? Kirstin

     Welcome to planDisney, Kirstin. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to hear you're beginning to plan a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Yay!

     I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some difficulty getting your children linked to your My Disney Experience. Your children having a different surname than you do shouldn't affect your booking in any way. Is it possible that they're linked to a different My Disney Experience account? Not knowing the exact details of what you're seeing on the screen, I can't be exactly sure what steps to take. My best advice is to call the Technical and Website Support line. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! I once had difficulty getting everyone in my extended family of 14 linked together on My Disney Experience and a knowledgeable Cast Member was able to manually access my account and get it all sorted out for me!
