Children 2 and under Hello my daughter is 2. I purchased tickets for my husband and I and our names are on the reservations. Do I need a tickets for my 2 year old. It says no. Does she just enter? Or does her name have to be with our reservations .

Hi there, Fatina. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your questions for us.

I’m delighted to hear you’re planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth with your little one! “Holidays at the Disneyland Resort” will still be well underway during your upcoming trip so you’ll get to enjoy all the seasonal treats and admire the festive decorations throughout the theme parks.

Because children under 3 years of age do not need theme park tickets for entry to visit Mickey Mouse and his Pals, theme park reservations will also not be needed. So Hakuna Matata, Fatina. It means “no worries” as you continue planning your upcoming trip. Just be sure everyone else in your travel party 3 years of age and older have valid tickets and theme park reservations for the day(s) you intend to visit the theme parks.

If you have further questions as you plan your trip, please write us again. We're all EARs!

    Have a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
