Can children in car seats ride on the shuttles provided by Good Neighbor Hotels? If not, are there any other options besides staying at a Disney Resort hotel or driving our own vehicle to the park?

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Cherice! Congratulations on your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World.

From what I can tell, the shuttle service offered by the Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels do not offer car seats. However, if you’re looking for a safe and easy transportation method for your little one, might I recommend looking into Disney’s Minnie Van Service, which does service Disney Springs resort area hotels.

I recently had the opportunity to utilize Disney’s Minnie Van Service Connected by Lyft, and let me tell you, it was a great first experience. If you’re not familiar with the Minnie Van Service, vehicles owned and operated by Disney will whisk you away to select locations within Walt Disney World Resort. Each vehicle accommodates up to 6 guests and is equipped with a total of 2 car seats. There is an additional cost for this transpiration method, but it’s all done through Lyft. Just open the Lyft app from anywhere within Walt Disney World Resort to access Minnie Van service, request a ride and pay for it through the app.

During our last vacation, the Minnie Van Service became our new "go-to" method for transportation. If you have any other questions please let us know. Have a magical day!
