    Do children ages 2 and under eat for free at character meals?

    Hi there, Emily! Character Dining at the Walt Disney World Resort offers two great benefits…1) The chance to have an absolutely delicious Disney Dining experience, and 2) The chance to meet some of your favorite Disney characters without waiting in line at one of the parks!
     
    Your two-year-old will be able to enjoy Character Dining with no charge! Children two and under are free at Disney Dining experiences! When making your reservation, be sure to include your two-year-old in the count for the reservation. This helps the restaurant better prepare for space requirements at your table.

    There are so many enjoyable Disney Character Dining experiences! Some of our family favorites are Chef Mickey’s, Cape May Café, Topolino’s Terrace, 1900 Park Fare, Tusker House Restaurant, and Story Book Dining at Artist Point!

    Emily, Character Dining is incredibly popular at the Walt Disney World Resort! Be sure to make your advanced dining reservations! As a Guest of a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can make advanced dining reservations 60 days before your check-in date (for up to 10 days of your vacation)! If you are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can make your advanced dining reservation 60 days before your preferred dining date.
