Hi Joseph,
Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Let me offer you some advice for visiting two Walt Disney World theme parks with your young children. I suggest that you watch the
Walt Disney World planning video online. This will give you a feel for what each Walt Disney World theme park is like, and you can begin to consider which would be the most appealing for your children.
I think that a trip to Walt Disney World is not complete without a visit to
Magic Kingdom, so I recommend that as one of your days. There are so many attractions that appeal to young children at this park. Spending lots of time in Fantasyland generally makes children very happy. If your children are ready for a slight thrill, you can move to Big Thunder Mountain Railroad in Frontierland, and then even up to Space Mountain in Tomorrowland if they are ready for it!
For the second park to visit, I do think that this depends on your children. If your children are enthralled by animals, a visit to Disney's Animal Kingdom may be in order. There, you can see many animals and have amazing experiences around them, such as a ride on Kilimanjaro Safaris. If your children love either Disney Junior or Star Wars, you should head over to Disney's Hollywood Studios as you can find experiences around these characters and worlds there. Finally, from a young age my daughter has said that Epcot is her favorite park. She liked stopping at the
Kidcot Fun Stops as we wandered around World Showcase, and has always enjoyed many of the gentle rides such as Journey into Imagination with Figment.
I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Joseph! Please let us know if you have any further questions.
