Hi Elyse,
So glad you stopped by to visit us here at planDisney!
You are correct, children under the age of three do not need a ticket to enter the parks, they can enter free of charge! And great choice on considering the
Disney Genie+ service! You'll have the option of purchasing Genie+ as an add-on when purchasing your
theme park tickets. To use the Genie+ service, each Guest must have this purchased as an add-on on their tickets. Genie+ will give you access to the
Lightning Lane entrances for most attractions. But there are certain attractions where Lightning Lane entrance access must be purchased individually through the
Disneyland Mobile app. These can only be purchased once you've entered one of the theme parks and are limited to two attractions per day. The attractions currently available through this option are
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance,
WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure, and
Radiator Springs Racers.
Also! When you purchase your tickets, you'll have the option of purchasing the Park Hopper add-on to your tickets. A Park Hopper ticket allows Guests to visit more than one park per day. After entering the first park, Guests can visit the next park starting at 1:00 p.m.! This is a great option if you want to maximize your day.
Oh! And one more thing! Definitely visit the
Disneyland Resort's Baby Care Centers! They are available at both
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park. They offer a clean and comfortable facility with changing rooms, nursing rooms, toddler-sized toilets, a feeding area with highchairs, and more! At Disneyland Park, the Baby Care Center is located at the end of
Main Street, U.S.A., next to
Frist Aid. At Disney California Adventure Park, it's located next to
Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop, across from
The Bakery Tour in Pacific Wharf. I have two little ones, and my wife and I have visited the Baby Care Centers MANY TIMES!
See ya real soon!
