Hi, Rebekah!
I’m so happy you’re planning another visit to the
Disneyland Resort. Exploring the sights and sounds of the parks alongside your little one will be so magical for you both!
The best thing about bringing children ages 2 and under is that they don’t need a theme park ticket! You won’t have to purchase one for your son until he officially turns 3, but he can still enjoy many attractions, shows, parades and other experiences offered throughout the resort. There are several attractions your son will be able ride in the two theme parks. If there is no minimum height requirement or it is advertised as for “all ages,” then it’s safe for him to ride! Kids under 3 years old also eat for free at all-you-care-to-enjoy dining experiences (including character meals), and there are meals specifically created with toddlers’ taste preferences and smaller appetites in mind at some restaurants for a reasonable price.
You may want to take advantage of the
Baby Care Centers in the parks. They provide full-size changing tables, high chairs, baby food prepping areas, private nursing rooms, and even tot-sized toilets for little ones who are potty training! You can find the Baby Care Center in Disneyland Park at the end of Main Street, U.S.A., next to First Aid. In Disney California Adventure Park, it’s located next to
Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop in Pacific Wharf.
I hope this helps, Rebekah, and that you have a perfectly pixie-dusted visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Please feel free to ask more questions as you continue to plan.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
