If my child turns 3 during our trip, I know for hotel and park tickets they are the age at the start of the trip, but what about ticketed events? What if they are 3 The MNSSHP? Then do they need a ticket?

    Howdy Shelby!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  I am so excited about your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort this upcoming September!  I loved bringing my guys when they were little adventurers and beyond!  I appreciate you sharing your question with us!

If you book your Walt Disney World Resort Package with your resort hotel, tickets, and Special Event tickets and your little one is not three years old upon your check-in day, then there would be no charge for your little adventurer.  I recommend adding everything that you plan to experience on your vacation bundled together.  I think it makes your entire vacation more enjoyable.

If you have not already added Memory Maker to your reservation, then I highly recommend it.  You will be able to capture photos from the Disney PhotoPass Photographers, the Special Event Photos, and attractions that offer pictures and videos!  Memory Maker will begin upon check-in and will cover all your photos for your entire stay.  I love Memory Maker because I can obtain an unlimited amount of photos at a great price!  My favorite part about having Memory Maker is that I can be in all the pictures with my family instead of behind the camera!  Once I am back home, I can share all of my Walt Disney World vacation memories with family and friends.

There are so many new things to do and see in the coming months!  I am personally looking forward to the new dining adventure at EPCOT!  Space 220 will be a fantastic experience from the moment you enter the elevator to the star and then dining with views of Outer Space!  Space 220 is guaranteed to be an “Out of this World” dining experience that will be a must-do for my family!

To stay informed of all the exciting things planned for the months to come, check out the Disney Parks Blog!  Also, if you have any more questions as you are planning, please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  We are always looking forward to helping you with all your planning questions, Shelby!
