Hi Paige, welcome back to planDisney!
I'm excited I get to help you with another question, especially since I have GREAT NEWS! Children under the age of three do not need a
theme park ticket to enter the parks. AND, as long as your child is still two years old when he first enters the parks, he will not need a ticket for the length of your stay! Awesome right?
The
Disneyland Resort is my favorite place to
celebrate birthdays. Be sure to visit City Hall on
Main Street, U.S.A. in
Disneyland Park or at Guest Services in
Disney California Adventure Park to pick up your complimentary birthday button for your child!
And before I let you go, I do have some news I wanted to share. The
Main Street Electrical Parade and
Disneyland Forever fireworks will be ending their limited-time run on September 1, 2022. So if you're able, I highly recommend trying to catch these nighttime experiences before they fly away! And also, some great news for the kiddos, the traditional character meet and greets are back, which means Mickey and all his Pals are ready to give out the best hugs and sign your autograph books! My daughter has been waiting a long time for this, I hope your children enjoy it too!
See ya real soon!
