    my child tried to log on to see our photo pass photos she clicked the wrong thing now i cant log on . what do i do

    Hi Sophie!

    Perhaps it was a password issue? If it's not letting you log in with your email address and the password you remember, I'd try resetting my password.

    If that still doesn't work, perhaps try re-registering. The key is the Disney Photo Pass ID Number. That's also the number that ties all your pictures together that were taken from photographers. Unless someone did a mass delete, or your Photo Pass access hasn't expired, those photos should still be on Disney's servers so you can retrieve.

    If none of that works, you can also try their support line, which is 407-560-4300.
