how much is a child ticket for disney world

Hey there, Mike! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.

Mike, theme park admission tickets at Walt Disney World vary in price by date and length of stay. There are so many combinations, it's impossible for me to give you accurate pricing for a child's ticket. But I'll show you how to find out.

    • Head to the Walt Disney World Theme Park admission page of the Walt Disney World website (linked for you)
    • Scroll down and choose the option to "Select Tickets"
    • Select the number of days you'll need tickets for
    • Choose from a standard base ticket that allows entry into one theme park per day or a park hopper ticket that allows entry into multiple Walt Disney World Theme Parks per day
    • Then, select a date on the calendar that you intend to use the tickets on
    • After you've chosen from those options, you can scroll down and see the price for an adult ticket and a child ticket
Keep in mind that a child's ticket is for kids ages 3-9. Children under the age of 3 can enter Walt Disney World for free and kids 10 and older are considered adults. You can play around with the ticket options until you find something that fits your needs and budget.

I hope this helps you determine the price of a child's theme park ticket for when you'd like to visit Walt Disney World, Mike. If you have any other questions, please feel free to stop back by and ask me. I'm happy to help!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
